
As a member of the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE), we utilized NATE's well-respected safety guidelines in creating our program, which has achieved remarkable results:
* An Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of .88
* A Lost Work Day Injury Rate of 2.96.

Employees are trained and required to understand and comply fully with detailed safety standards:
* Key staff serves as safety office coordinators and safety field coordinators
* "Mandatory Monday" safety meetings are held at each location for construction crews
* Tailgate meetings by construction site foremen help identify and avoid potential dangers
* Monthly vehicle, office, and warehouse inspections are conducted
* Unannounced quarterly safety audits are performed at construction sites, warehouses and offices
* Pre-employment and random drug testing
Formal training programs are an investment in both the individual and our company and include:
* Continuing education for administrative staff
* All Employees obtain certifications in CPR and First Aide
* All Climbers carry certification cards
* Specialized training for construction crews to include:
o Fall protection
o Tower Climbing & Safety Rescue
o Rigging
o Equipment operation
